Cut long story short, I had a really, really bad time in like 2022, 2023, basically my whole life though, like every year, major mental health problems. Anyway, had a whole lot of shame. I'm a social 4, Enneagram 4, so much shame and decided to like rehabilitate my personality and transform myself and get rid of my negative emotionality and like neuroticism and really try to become like a more logical person. I've got like eight seconds left. Yeah, basically from 2025 summer onwards, I feel like I've really changed my personality.
