So I met this lad yesterday, and she claims to be from the US, as in the States. And I was quite excited at first, because it has been a while since I met another NRI. And then she told me that she used to live in America ever since she was born, which happens to be the same case as myself. Oh my god, I can't believe how whitewashed this girl is. And she had the most strongest accent, and kind of felt like she looked at herself as better than the ones surrounding her because of her accent. And it really put me off, per se. I felt like it was bad for me to avoid this girl.
